Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges only for gift items.

• All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, items purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE and ineligible for a refund/exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Please contact us with your name, gift receipt number, and let us know what you would like to exchange your item for. We will review your request and authorize your exchange within 7 business days.

2. We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Return of the item must be postmarked within 7 days of the exchange being authorized.

3. Return must be sent carefully packaged in a box, preferably the original packaging (no envelopes).

4. An exchange will be initiated when the item is received in its original condition.

If you would like to exchange non-gift items, please return the items for a refund and place a new order.
