Why is my silver jewelry tarnishing? What can I do to prevent tarnishing?
Metals tarnish naturally from exposure to oxygen and moisture. Storing your jewelry in a zip-lock bag or container that keeps out oxygen will help slow the process of tarnishing. Please see the Jewelry Care page for additional tips.
Will my stone match the picture on the website?
Every stone is natural and unique. Color and pattern vary stone to stone.
I've lost an earring/charm. Can I buy a single piece?
YES, if it is a design that we are still capable of producing. Some cases this may not be possible - a request to replace a charm with a gemstone will be determined based on the availability of gemstones. Single earrings are available for 50% of the current retail price for the pair.
Can I exchange a gift I've received?
YES! Please see the Exchanges page for details.
Do you gift wrap?
Every piece of jewelry comes beautifully packaged in a Tatakko box when shipped.
Can I include a gift note with my order?
YES! At checkout, please add your note in the comment box. Invoices will be emailed to you/purchaser and not included in case the jewelry is shipped directly to the final recipient.
My order was damaged in transit. What do I do?
We are very sorry to hear that! Please email us with photographs of the package and the damaged jewelry within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain any damaged jewelry and all packaging materials in order to be eligible for a damage claim. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution - replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Do you offer general repairs and resizing?
YES! We will repair all Tatakko jewelry. Please see the Repairs page for additional information.
